Shipping Policy
At Approved Bioregulators, we are committed to ensuring prompt and secure delivery of your order. All shipments are processed and sent via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance as part of the service.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

- Service Level: Priority Mail (includes tracking and insurance)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (may vary based on location and USPS service)
Responsibility After Shipment
Once your package is scanned and accepted by USPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer. Approved Bioregulators cannot be held liable for any issues arising during transit, including but not limited to:
- Delayed delivery
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
- Packages damaged in transit
We do not refund or replace orders affected by these issues, as we have no control over USPS operations once the package is in their possession.
Claims and Investigations
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly to initiate an investigation or insurance claim. You will need the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to do so.
