Refund policy

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, packaging must be unopened and in the original sealed condition. Due to efficacy standards and practice of our products, no returns can be accepted after package is opened. If a return is received, and the package is deemed to have been opened or tampered with, the customer will be disqualify for a refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@approvedbioregulators.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed with tracking confirmation to the following address: 101 N Main Street STE 703, Greenville, 29601.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Request sent after 5 days of delivery will be invalid for consideration. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
